Utilising the 190G adds 60mm to the highest height for both seat height and overall height (ie - OH on E3 becomes 1260)
Seat slide adds 50mm to overall seating area (ie - SD on (L) seat becomes 570)
Backrest at highest ratchet setting adds 70mm to the overall height and backrest height
Headrest (E3, E4 & EMesh only) adds 60mm to the overall height
